Hi all, I also is a buyer on phase 2, yesterday I went to viewing the showroom I never feel any pleasantly surprised only got feel startle ....
Inside got alot yellow sticker note "change ""remove "....... like MR Obama says " it's time to change "..╮(╯▽╰)╭

In my opinion the basic unit quality MS provide is so-so only … that showroom should call " furniture room " and the label "pls don't seats " change to price tag better... very disappointed.

Kelvin, I will PM my personal to you later, I'm phase 2 buyer.

Anyway I do agree will all your complaints here except for ground floor toilet location and 1st floor individual toilet which I like it

The rest like main door color, finishing quality/workmanship, material, guard house, window frame material, toilet sink, toilet/room door, staircase railing etc are very disappointed, not worth it for RM600K+ house

Thanks in advance... We need a clarification from Mahsing.. so buyers, please do cooperation on this matter...

i guess you may also include the termite issue inside the letter , ask they elaborate more ? give clarification about how extensive of termite treatment they will do .. and this matter should insert inside the S&P together with the so called "warranty period" for this termite issue..

Im owner of phase 2 too. Will go to see the show unit this weekend.
If there are really so many unsatisfactory. I will raise complaint together with you all.

I'm also a buyer for the phase 2. Will raise complaint with you guys after i view the show house for phase 2
if there are alot of unsatisfactory.

I think it's too late to raise it that time..... =)
However it's advicesable to read the photo and information that we sharing in forum

There are so many complaint i read :-(. Im buyer phases 1. Very Dissapointed becauses doesnt have any show house. & im not excited to see show house for phase 2 & 3. If phases 2 & 3 fight for unsatisfaction, is that give impact to phases 1. Anybody please help me..

Why no excited to see show house for phase 2 and phase 3?
Phase 2 and Phase 1 design are almost same, but just phase 1 are smaller if compare to phase 2... Meanwhile, it's good to see the phase 2 show unit because you will know what material used for your phase 1 house future....

When the phase 2 ID will open for public viewing?

heard that, week 2 / week 3 of september.....
For me, i prefer Mahsing work well on this phase 2 show unit instead of rush it...
Whatever need to change, MUST CHANGE IT before open for public viewing..

I dun like a disappointed again!!!

just received sms couple of minutes ago saying phase2 and 3 show house ready for viewing... but not free until next week.. ai.. suppose they have change what needs to change or remove...
