hi, i am new here. has been followup this forum for quite some time. bought a phase 2 unit. this is my first house so not really sure what to expect. but i do think that the ground floor toilet is somewhere not in proper location without proper or no ventilation at all (i think thats why they change the design for phase 3??).
agree on any action to protect buyers interest from taiko and taiche here!! |

just received sms couple of minutes ago saying phase2 and 3 show house ready for viewing... but not free until next week.. ai.. suppose they have change what needs to change or remove...
