QUOTE(iamsteven @ Oct 25 2011, 10:12 PM) too many posts on all versions, dont have time to read through all one by one Many people like yourself who want quick answers but lazy to search has given similar excuses in many posts and in various ways but they all mean the same. You are lucky coz some folks are still willing to answer repeated questions and there'll be a time where no one will tolerate it anymore. |

I think usually the cashiers are ok with it, but the customers behind would probably be cursing us. This post has been edited by jian5481: Oct 26 2011, 09:48 PM |

Yeah. Luckily the credit card processing terminals Jaya Jusco Mid-Valley is using are all from Maybank and usually is quite fast in processing credit card payment especially if yours a Maybankard |

I also charge whatever small amount whenever possible. It just irritates me when a lot of restaurant have this RM 50 minimum amount required in order to use the card.

QUOTE(erry- @ Oct 26 2011, 11:04 PM) my lowest amex swipe is rm1.40 @ tesco I always pump my motorcycle petrol using Amex. Its the best credit card so far. The only drawback is the credit limit is too low (2k). This due to sharing the limit with Visa Al-Ikhwan that I have bigger limit. But I cant stop Al-Ikhwan since I have installment with courts and onking for another 1 year and half. Do I need to wait for 1 year before ask for credit limit increament or wait for their offer?jusco also usually below rm2. just for drink (can/bottle) Added on October 26, 2011, 11:06 pmrm2.20 @ kenny on sunday rm2.10 just yesterday @ pizza hut (both amount is after deduct vouchers - redeemed tp @ maybank pudu) |

QUOTE(shiroikun @ Oct 27 2011, 04:48 PM) Hmm, what is the purpose of doing so? 5%rebate? 0.02 cents OR 5x rewards points? 1.5points I wanted to do auto-billing. I already took out the credit card for her to proceed with the registration then she said I need to clear the outstanding amount of RM0.35. So I just pass her the credit card in my hand and said "charge to this, can you?". I rather pay by cash for 0.35 Added on October 27, 2011, 5:06 pmMoreover I don't fancy 5 cents change This post has been edited by mengsuan: Oct 27 2011, 05:06 PM |

Hmm ... I wanna know how's the credit limit works.
Currently having MB 2 Gold Card and both showing RM5k at each pages on Maybank2u.com.my there. So is it separately got RM5k each or share among the RM5k for these 2 cards? Another question is I had purchased a phone and using installment which is RM2k (still on going) and now I gonna purchase a laptop using installment, too which might cost around RM4k. Does it burst my limit? Thanks. This post has been edited by TongCN: Oct 27 2011, 08:56 PM |

Does it burst my limit? Yes, it will burst your limit. The installment will consume RM2k limit and you'll have only RM3k remaining credit limit. However, the limit will eventually increase correspondingly as you pay installment each month. |
