Very simple requirement~ cool2.gif

1. Make sure the particular Maybank branches have stock of "Platinum Debit Card"..
2. You must attend at Maybank branches.. Don't forget to bring ur NRIC..

Conditions 1:-

3. If your card is around 4-6months from expiring, bring your existing Debit card for renew purpose. They will cut into pieces for your existing debit card and throw to dustbin after you change a new card.. There is no charge at all for renew your debit card.

OR

Condition 2:-

3. If your card is still quite long time (still left 1 years from expiring), there is a charges of RM12 from your current debit card change to Platinum debit card..

4. The Maybank staff might want you to signature.. (privacy purposes) unsure.gif
5. Once you get ALL NEW Platinum card, please change your ATM password.. nod.gif

That very simple steps... rclxm9.gif

if i want to buy apps from google play using google wallet with myr currency, no problem
but recently i tried to purchase game from other website and pay using google wallet with usd currency, it declined
is that because of the limitation of this card?

for first time using to pay in usd or other currencies, it's better to call and inform the cs first.

Have you activated your debit card for overseas ATM cash withdrawal ? Well, don't worry if you haven't. You can activate it through your Maybank2U. But if you haven't set up your online banking, then you probably should call Maybank hotline and see what they can do for you.

By the way, you'll be charged RM12 for each successful withdrawal at an overseas ATM + 1% admin fee (charged by Maybank). You can go ahead and try to withdraw some cash from the ATM with your debit card tomorrow. It should work at any ATM displaying the Plus (if you are using a VISA debit card) or Cirrus (if it is a debit MasterCard) logo.

I enjoyed this while at Australia , it's awesome. Grocery store like Coles/Woolsworth doubles as an ATM machine too

Hi there,

So I made a transaction through online using my debit card. I was debited twice RM350 (RM700). I was shocked when I checked my bank account.

I contacted the merchant and they only received one payment. Of course I asked to cancel the online order and the merchant refunded me. But only 1 of the transaction (RM350) was returned. Another RM350 is still missing.

I called Customer Service and they told me to go through the dispute process blablabla.

All I am concern is that, will I get back my money?
