Get CIMB kwik card. No annual fee. It is pure online account with mastercard ability.  Registration is free and online, RM10 for physical card.
Just tested it is working with steam, paypal, itunes etc.

OPPPS.. you must be 18 and above to apply.

Hey boss, want to ask you did KWIK charge you 0.8% for every purchase ? Every purchase i made through paypal, they charge me 0.8%. Even the RM 10 use to verify my credit card with paypal, they also charge 0.8%, which the total became RM 10.08.

Guys, I'm trying to add my Maybank Debit Card to my Google Wallet but failed to do so. All particulars are correct and I even called Maybank CS to check it but Google says the payment declined.

I tried my friend's Amex Card but also declined. How?

I am using Alliance Hybrid Platinum debit card  to pay my GE insurance by auto debit but I still can get 1.5% cash back every month.  I think both of this card is the same except the AP logo hmm.gif

Your Alliance Hybrid Platinum debit card can pay insurance by auto debit, how come my Alliance Hybrid Standard debit card cannot do so? hmm.gif And also, can your debit card perform online purchase? I remember once I wanted to buy flight ticket by using debit card, but I failed to receive the TAC.

Sorry for the mistake. It is EASI-PAY service.

I think you must update your mobile phone from ATM machine.

You have to go to that particular branch that you opened the account.
1. Go to the branch.
2. Say you want to close down this account.
3. request for new basic savings account without fee or RM 8 annual. I took without fee because I don't use atm at all.
4. Tell them to transfer your account balance to new account.

If they ask you to take debit card, tell them you don't need a debit card.

If they bising-bising say you need to take debit card, show them this (under fees and charges):

I just changed to paywave debit card last week but they didn't inform me about this. Any one can clarify?
Also tried to wave the card at Aeon and Aeon big but both times also failed. Do I need to activate anything first before use?

Ask them to show you the circular or notice that states there is a monthly fee of RM59 for this card from the 4th month onward.

After calling their call centre, only realize that need to set transaction limit at m2u then only can start using the card. This is because the transaction limit is defaulted to RM0, if you don't update it at m2u. It's a shame that the customer service did not highlight this to their customer when the customer gets this debit card.
