I don't think that's the price. You refering YouCity or YouVista? I thought both also fully sold?

i m referring to youcity ...phase 1.

i went there last mth, they still hv bout 5 units left (large unit). And phase 2 bout 60-70% gone.

Hi all, can someone pls tell me what is the maintainance charges for the you residence? i heard is rm0.27psf but some say for 1400sf and 1453sf is the same which is RM 341 including sinking funds. so i'm confusing.

It will have 7 floors Car Park, Level 8 would be for Maintenance office, Pool, MPH, etc. The unit start from 9 onward. biggrin.gif

As far as I remember, the Maintenance cost would be RM299 for first 'x' years ( Sorry I forgot the exact number smile.gif ).

There also have The Mark & LIDO Condominium Service Residence just start launching to sell their unit. Go for it if you interested !

studio 523sf, from 360k, 8%+2% discounts for 2 weekends 20 n 21 july. bumi get extra 10% discount. Go .go .go.

compared previous launch of block c,
523sf, from 327k, same discount structure.

At the above net price, the studio is selling from RM620 psf...wow cheras no joke lah...
