There is a new launching coming up very soon. ITs call Lido Residence by SCP Group.


Price is around 580 Per Sq Feet

Size is from 900 sq feet to 1530 Sq feet

Maintenance 30 cents

Completion 2016

What do you guys think?

The info I got at the moment insiders already sapu 40%. The cheapest available unit now is RM579K , 962 sq ft 2 bedrooms with a car park.

Some info after i made call to the developer office. The project got 294 units, 32-storey condo, and is residential title. Built up from 900 to 1600 square feet.

this area is quite run down...facing old terrace house, backing school..and next to low cost flat..
but of course, good location.

Despite the cons highlighted, the location is strategic and is convenience access to kl or pj. Net price psf is still cheaper compare youcity (i am looking on youvista b4 this project). Need to think abt it as im looking for own stay ...

600 per sqft... Wow...then I better go for concerto lo...both kl address, but concerto is free hold, dibs, marble flooring, private lift lobby, full equipped wet and dry kitchen, five air con, water heater, two car park, per sqft lesser than 600 ...
