You City in Cheras 9th mile by PJDevelopment, Good for investment?

Hahahaha.. Dun understand y ppl can consume > 600psf at so isolated area... Maybe because of MRT?
I see most MRT nearby project will touch 1000sf in next 5 years...
My saville Bangsar shouldn't have nothing less than 1200 psf very soon... Hahahaha...

if you ask me to choose between you vista and fennel, I will go for You Vista, but sales are not as crazy as fennel. Reason being, You Vista has smaller units cater for lower risk for investment. Location not bad and if the shopping mall is happening in the future, it will be a bonus.

Hi feralee, thanks for the photo. Do you have any idea what's the take up rate for today? Looks to me that sales are going quite slow. Is there a large crowd when you were there?
PJD needs to give this project more hype! I don't see a lot of excitement over this project.

I called the sales office last week and there are still larger units (>1000 sqft) available for Tower A,B and C. Since you have an insider in PJD, do you have any idea when the You commercial/mall will be launched?
