I bought a unit there, a studio unit . If anybody is really interested in this project and the studio unit, do PM me, i may consider if the arragement is ok. I paid cash for the unit( off course in progress), developer price rm327,800.

let me add to this, i received email for private preview, details as follows:
final tower of youvista, block d
studio 523sf, from 360k, 8%+2% discounts for 2 weekends 20 n 21 july. bumi get extra 10% discount. Go .go .go.

compared previous launch of block c,
523sf, from 327k, same discount structure.

James the SA told me that 2nd billing of youvista may be end of 2013, 3rd billing probably middle of 2014. Early stage billing is quite slow for the purchase of ground zero high rise project.

guys, i have question on malay reserve thingy,,, i recall this matter beign discussed before in this forum,,,, is there really any issue of the malay reserve land status?

i vet thru the SPA, clearly stated no restriction whatsoever,,,, the agreement just like any other SPA for freehold property without restriction,,,, do i miss anything here?

ok, thanks guys. i can conlude that for non bumi lot "malay reserve land" restriction is not stated in SPA. make sense.

why "lot rezab melayu" or "unit rezab melayu" is not used, instead of "tanah rezab melayu",,,, it's just the lot is rezab melayu? is it becoz akta only define tanah rezab mepayu?

i think 10% + 2%,,,,

discount on discounted amount. so far i found pjd give max discount 10% per discount,,,

my case, i got 10%+10%+3% (3% is cash purchase,,, i bought small unit only, so, not much).

the latest offer they have 8% +10%

i received sms from SA, verbatim,,, "please to inform the selling price will revise by tomorrow",,, another mktg strategy,,,, semms price go higher,,cannot be revised lower, right?

I called, and price has been increased indeed, call this no guys 90769198 for info.

For duplex condo from 551k increased to 57+k. Dscount lower by 1%.

Ha ha ha,,, dont suspect me vvip, even pak guard halau me for parking my old waja in front of GLC building. Cheers

my previous experience with other developer, i tried my best rationalise with PJD it's not my fault. let them see some technical issue behind it, any reasonable person would consider this. communicate with the person who can decide in account dept, meaning higher level.

a good company, with a good culture in customer services would listen.
