The one I mentioned earlier is for You Residence - Phase 1; I am not sure whether they do slightly difference for You Vista - Phase 2.

From last experience, they (PJD) were given out 2 weeks before S&P signing, once your loan approve.
For peeps out there who still interest in the unit, I suggest to contact again the SA after 2 weeks. Usually all booked units will back available if there is any loan being rejected. But, there no 2% for early bird I am sure

Any fellow buyers of You Vista (You City phase 2) over here? I am slghtly concern on the non-activity around the site of the condo. I rmbr the SA told me that the 1st drawdown will be around May, but up to now still nothing. From the photos, only Phase 1 is starting to be built now....any latest info?

Are you receive the right info from developer ? I don't think they will start phase 2 very soon.
Even phase 1 they have not finished the structural framework, I don't think they will start with phase 2 ground level

That's what I was told by the developer. Hmm...in hindsight, I think they might be referring to Phase 1 of the project. Based on your experience...for a project like this, when only will they start work on Phase 2?

James the SA told me that 2nd billing of youvista may be end of 2013, 3rd billing probably middle of 2014. Early stage billing is quite slow for the purchase of ground zero high rise project.
