Heard that Rm10k booking fees and only 100 units for studio...

After all the preview, internal booking... Not much left confirm...

Any one have idea how much developer unit now?

I checked through, mostly RM900 for studio ( unfurnished) for rent market..

I did contacted agent..

Basically RM1000 can have light, fan, water heater and kitchen cabinet with hob and stove. Air cond can nego with owner to install... Have many units available also...
