at page 13 now. can someone at least share the following information:
1. floor plans 2. no of units 3. confirmed pricing of the units for the smaller ones as well as the bigger ones 4. for the bigger layout, any dual entry layouts? 5. car park allocation? thank you. This post has been edited by kochin: Aug 10 2012, 10:44 PM |

again what truly amazes me is that there's practically still no information whatsoever pertaining to this project.
except the BBB mode, i still haven't got a clue on what's the product like. what's with the unit. what's the ancillary product, car park, freebies, etc. and judging by the response, it would seems like 90% investor against genuine own stayer? jialat upon VP. |

QUOTE(AMINT @ Dec 17 2012, 01:57 AM) quite expensive la for that area. to curious. how come maybe because the most salient point is the mrt factor.nobody really look at subsales of other better areas around kl? i sometimes see most msians (including myself) are too attracted to new launches. sometimes subsales of well established developments are cheaper. maybe new launches = low entry? reckon the other surrounding props are attractive at current rates but at the same time, one needs to have holding cost factored in. wherelse youcity's holding cost is close to zero. so if you wanna compare, you should factor in youcity's sparkling new prop with connectivity to mrt versus existing aged props + the holding cost for the next 2-3 years. |

yeap, but irrespective, youcity can discount 3-4 years holding cost.
btw, this is 3 or 4 years according to their SPA? LRT already delayed 1 year. is MRT gonna be on track or delay more than that? |

QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Sep 16 2013, 11:12 PM) with their team i don't think so.. XD.... unless they can hirer Lend Lease come to manage it. australia base company. they are the 1 made setia city mall happen. they are very very straight to tenant + many rules and regulation need to follow. or capitaland also good. good points.a good mall not just location. the team to manage the mall are far more crucial sometimes. thats why even SP setia don't dare to manage/handle by themselves. they hirer Lend Lease to manage the whole mall from the renovation stage to opening. any idea who's managing paradigm mall? |

hahaha. pjd advertising using osk's atria mall.
thought the merger is called off already? anyway, atria might not be a good name/brand to use to attract prospect as the dj mall doesn't seems to be doing spectacularly well. |
