Thanks for the photos.
May I know what 'Pemberitahuan' contains? The smaller prints are not clear at all.

Hibiscus is a medium-cost houses with built-up area of 1005 square feet. Normally developers will build their medium cost in the form of apartments with built up only 850 sq feet and the selling price can reach up to 180K in certain area. KLK is very generous by build up landed med cost.

Hi, The notice is about... not to do any renovation work, without getting the approval from MPKS and we drove in via the mudding road.

Thinking of viewing the Banyan semi-d, just wonder when all the roads are ready. I hope not to walk on mud! Oh yes, even that too you are not allowed. A few KLK staff have said that they bought their own units there, so we need to depend on them for update since they are allowed in.
Thank you ClikNsnap.

As per S&P agreement, Vacant Possession shall be delivered within 24 months from agreement's date, now VP dates already passed for many Bromelia and Duranta purchasers, so legally LD shall already started for those units; at 10% per annum, this works out to RM192/week for every RM100K.

Any idea whether the delayed VP is caused by TNB and/or SYABAS connections?

Bro, I am Bromelian and a first time house buyer.
My S&P was signed on 13 May 2011. Is it consider a LD already?
If yes, how should I proceed to claim the interest from them?
Please advise me. Thanks

No one can advise you cry.gif
I also never experience as none of us expected KLK will delay hand-over the house.
Maybe give them another 1 month if still no signal of it I think Bromelia and Duranta owner's have to group up go to KLK office to demand some explanation.
Maybe another way is seek your S&P lawyer advise lah!
Hope by the time Oleander will not face this same problem.
If can get those interest claim drool.gif 300K property a month delay is almost 192x4=768 better that rent out the house rclxms.gif
