Anyone know any good and reasonable contractors?
Thought of doing a minor renovation at wet kitchen area, and also the fence.

Is this correct? Already received VP but still no road access? No road access to the house or no road in front of the house? This is 2 different things, since before VP, Developer shall complete the road 1st as a milestone before VP.

Can you confirm on this? If this is true (no road in front of the house), then Developer has actually issued the VP but breached the S&P.

But another issue, if still there is road in front of the house but no road access to the house, this is the same case, right? Same analogy if there are water pipes inside the house but there is no connecting pipe to the main pipe(??). shocking.gif

An entry/exit road will be available at where the proposed petrol station is located (near "Hibiscus". The main entry/exit at the traffic light intersection is scheduled for completion by JKR by the end of June or July.

Still looking around, went to Fella Design in PJ, wao....smart looking furniture, from traditional to modern! Impressed with the deco there. Most furniture showrooms employ the service of interior designers. So if interested, ask and you will get the house designer.
The sales assistant there said Fella Malaysia makes sofas locally but other furnitures are imported.
Note: inspect the furniture carefully for workmanship and always ask to visit their done-up projects to check on real quality of work. If they can't oblige you for this, it is better to forgo the deal no matter how tempting or else get an eye sore later.

I plan to rent out my Duranta. Anyone of you can estimate what is the best rental rate of a Duranta intermediate lot? Should RM1,300 to RM1,400 monthly is ok, or below/higher than market value?

Anyone knows how much the rental rate for the nearest areas (for the same size 24'x75') e.g. at Saujana Utama (although Saujana Utama is more far away from the main road, this can be a good indicator).

If you are interested in getting a unit in BSC, shouldn't you direct your queries to the Sales Dept. in KLK?
Ask for En. Farid. He'll tell you what you want to know and not what he wants you to hear. Big difference.
