QUOTE(BSCalex @ Feb 27 2013, 05:40 PM) Hi! Maybe most of them are busy ppl I just started reading last 2 days. I am a bit worried if most buyers are investors and not planning to stay at BSC. Anyway the photos of Areca looks good....This group forum member are all some buying Areca (kingendeavour, Arecaceae, affished, aragorn82, clickNsnap, opulenian, larryqcl & ahgor) don't worry you are not alone here btw I'll Oleander my side only 2 forum member. QUOTE(OMH @ Mar 4 2013, 12:42 PM) The photo below taken during my visit at duranta row. Ya. they should have put more earth until it reaches the walkway. But could it be soil erosion causing it to be like that. Jus my 2 cents.Too frustrated, with this kind of KEDEKUT thing. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/842/img4011j.jpg/ KLK must look into more "user safety" factor. Don't only think to save money. This stupid kind of thing better to be avoided for better reputation of KLK. |

[quote=awiva,Mar 4 2013, 09:39 PM] Last week's pics..... Areca - sorry not very nice, raining [attachmentid=3331218] Bromelia [attachmentid=3331220] Duranta [attachmentid=3331221] Oleander [attachmentid=3331223] Couldn't get close to Banyan, road all dug up, no way in. Refer to the photo of Areca, it seems that they use sand bricks to built houses, clay bricks are only be used for the walls in between. Wonder how is the overall quality of the building materials? [/quote] Is it just Areca using sand bricks or all the others too?? |

I support the move as well but I think Areca not ready so soon. So the areca community will move in the last since they are the last phase that hv started building.
