None of us have moved-in yet, so your question is this area nice to live in? no commend. Depending on individuality needs.
is there any highways to go to KL? Direct no, but LATAR & GCE is just very nearby.
My advise go the site (BSC) there view by yourself if you are really interested on it.
Prepare yourself KLK do not have built ready show house for buyer viewing.
Some pass record.
1st phase Semi-D sold out in 2 weeks
1st phase Shop lot sold out in a day
now they start register phase 2 20x70 types

thanks alot.

On the subject of 'commitment', some people object stroungly to any guarded effort due to the inconvenience caused to accessibility and why not leave it all to the Police? But once they suffer a robbery, they will naturally come to understand the need for such. For the time being, we are still lacking in Police personnel. So the need to fix the problem. It does deter crimes to a large extent if the guards are good and do their checking. If people accept that the objective is to REDUCE crimes as something rather than nothing, then the inconvenience and dollars paid is nothing compared to the pain and suffering and cost of treatment, not to mention the psychological trauma it can cause. Victims don't feel safe anywhere they are after the robbery. A lady quit her house after a robbery and she won't return to even be at the front gate of that house after that. She cannot forget the sound of her own uncontrollable scream and what they did and the humiliation she was made to feel! It is not what is robbed but the violent pushing, dragging and weapon drawn so close up that triggers the victim's panic flight reaction, and the resulting yell or body's involuntary movement is often what pushes the robbers to stab the victim! And lots of them will first chopped without any warning to floor the victim!

We should all reflect on the experience of victims and lend our support to such schemes. This is far wiser than paying for monthly club facilities. Of what use is there, being at the pool side party if you sustain body injury?

All such schemes require certain percentage participation for approval. Commitment is a vital issue here. Be big hearted to join and pay your share. The message: even if you feel safe ( some rely on spiritual protection), help your neighbors who feel threatened.

totally agree, becoz my family has lost 2 cars, 1 lorry (you have no idea how we lock our cars now) and i kena rompak for once during my Form 5 era. can understand the pain, but in house robbery is way much more dmg than missing cars and kena rompak during day time!

Hibiscus is a medium-cost houses with built-up area of 1005 square feet. Normally developers will build their medium cost in the form of  apartments with built up only 850 sq feet  and the selling price can reach up to 180K in certain area. KLK is very generous by build up landed med cost.

i see isee, coz i called up KLK to check the new launching 20x70, and ask about this hibicus . they said RM100k selling price back then. so i tot it was low cost houses.

have you check desa coalfield? 18x60 (rm250k) vs 20x65(350k) and that hibiscus is mid cost, inside no titles for all the floor and stairs (except toilet and kitchen). and 2 bathroom only.... meaning t1st floor toilet is inside masterbed room.... the other 2 rooms have to use the ground floor toilet.

gratz mate, we almost become neighbor because i was trying to buy the 1st row's corner unit. but end up the owner keep wanna increase the price which i feel over priced for a mid cost corner unit. but i do like BSC, nice location nice enviroment just the quality of the house a bit problem. overall worth the price smile.gif hope to get 22x75 or the coming launch 20x70 which i heard from KLK office they will launch around aug or sep

Can u pm me how much the seller want to sell to u?. I know it over price increase 140%.. but I dun have choice..I need to accept the price.

If u hv xtra budget better go to 20x70 or 22x75

I hope bank can give me loan..

New phase of medium cost 190k+++ but not much unit I think klk will offer
*
corner unit 380k + - when the initial price is 175k. bank value i get from my cousin is merely hitting 350k-400k, so i guess its worth it for others but not for me. because :

1. Small build up and no room at ground floor which my old mom need to stay down stairs.
2. low ceiling
3. everywhere cement floor, tiles can be damn exp if we do it ourself -.-
4. 1st floor shared masterbed room's toilet, i rather they dun locate the toilet inside masterbed room. (my friends or sister come stay with us very leceh)

for all the above problems, i could said worth but not suite me, but hey u can not find any 18x60 with 250k (unless very far, like my fren's new bangolo in malacca 270k). even my sardine freehold house in kepong 14x55 can sell like 350k + -

but my wife love that area too, so near to highway, good location, if DASH is here confirm worth ur 250k no worries. RM250 psf isnt really exp. so all the best mate
