QUOTE(Job2Go @ Jun 15 2012, 08:14 AM)
Our services will include finding a employer in Australia who is willing to employ our client (you). The Australian employer is a legally operating organisation, by the standards and regulations set by the government. The employer is legally obligated to pay the candidate (you) an annual salary of at least AUD$49,330.

There will be two payments, of which totals to AUD$4k; an initial upfront of AUD$1k and then AUD$3k once we get you a job. The fees are refundable, though an administrative expense of AUD$250 is non-refundable.

If you fail in the interview, we will still put you in our system to find you a job. We promise our candidates (you) to get a positive response within 90 working days.
*
still not clear enough...

1. an initial upfront of AUD$1k
- 1K up front, is it one time payment for a life time, or got end period?
- for example, I paid 1K for you on Jan 2012.. but till July 2013, I still did not able to secure a job... do ineed to pay again for the 1K up front?

2. UD$3k once we get you a job
- could you please eleborate more? what do you mean by "once you get me a job"? secure a job, sign the contract, or just secure the interview?

3. The fees are refundable
- how do you refund back? any TnC in term of fee refund?

4. If you fail in the interview, we will still put you in our system to find you a job
- how long will you put my name in your system? what if I failed all the inteviews?

5. We promise our candidates (you) to get a positive response within 90 working days.
- what if you failed to fulfill the promise? any compansation?

If your client manage to find a job on his own, the AUD$1k is not fully refundable, our non-refundable fee of AUD$250 will still stand. It is the same for if the client wants to terminate our services.

Then again, if the client signs up with us, then decide 1 week later then he dont want to use us, we will of course refund the full amount. It all boils down to a case by case basis.

Come on mate, we are legally operating company, with an ABN and an office (just 5 mins away from one of our bro's here). Why would we want to scam you?

Added on June 15, 2012, 9:19 amThe AUD$1k is for lifetime.

Get a job means - sit for interview (either by telephone, email, person and/or internet teleconferencing), look at employment contract, sign the contract and we send you a copy.

If you fail the interview, then try harder the next time. We will prepare our clients by seeking the possible questions that the employer will ask, and feedback to our clients before the interview. Sometimes, it takes the effort of the interviewee to do his research on the information.

Mate here is the deal, we charge only a mere AUD$4k (in total after signing contract) for finding an employer who is willing to employ you to come to Australia. That will mean the company is legally liable for anything that you do in Australia. Their company will put all responsibility for all your actions, and also to be the nominator for your working visa to Australia. If you are unfamiliar with working in Australia, I can tell you it is very very difficult to enter Australia on a working visa.

There are more obligations and responsibilities that the Australian company has to ensure.

ABN & office doesnt determine the guranteed the legitimacy of the business. Its just the registration, anyone can have the ABN n ABN & I know you need to do some reporting on your business activity too. Besides; if a person got scam also; there is no way money spend preliminary to the job will get it back.

How about if someone brought this to ACCC of your business activity? smile.gif

A news point for everyone.

Mining Job scam

Depends on your job as well as your offer!

Currently there is LAFHA, it is D@Mn G00d! After this mth! haha..... unless you get a good offer!

If coming here for experience that might be useful for you in the future - YES

IF planning to migrate to Aus for certain reason - YES

If planning to gain money and bring back to M'sia - Please also consider the tax as well as cost of living!

Living Away From Home Allowance.

Since you say that it is a good offer, it might be a good opportunity for you to come over! A lot of ppl plan to come here and Australia is like Paradise! But the other thing is since you still prefer to be in M'isa, you have to decide properly, what is your intention coming here? Money, life or experience - since you do not plan to be here for long term? if you love M'sia so much, you might regret after coming here!

Cost of living in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne is high! The highest tax bracket is approx. 45$! Also, depends on your lifestyle, are you the type willing to sacrifice your lifestyle for money?

Totally depends on where is your work location, you plan to stay in city or suburb, rent a room or rent a house!

Tell you one interesting fact about renting a place here through website like realestate.com.au, the agent will organize an open house on certain time, many ppl will come, many ppl will apply, so it means, if you are interested, it is not necessary will rent it to you! This is reality!

How many years of experience do you have? How much are they offering you? Please google to make sure your pay is par with market rate!

Ya, should be about there! Please also check with them whether it is numeration package or basic salary! it makes a minor difference

Another info for you, if the government remains the LAFHA, every month, you get additional 15-20% Extra Nett pay based on your salary! brows.gif brows.gif drool.gif drool.gif

Renting for a whole house in suburb cost approx AUD400/week! Renting a studio apartment in the city cost AUD450/week!
Please note that you figures are just estimation, depends on the size of the property as well as location. Transportation from suburb to city will cost you approx. AUD25/ week. Some ppl cycle to office and take a shower before work! Summer here is like 40C, freaking hot! I LIKE winter. hehe

Food- depends whether you enjoy cooking or eating outside! one meal cost you approx. AUD7-10 (cheap ones)

Anyway, one month you can save at least Rm10k based on your salary + some trips with AA back to M'sia. Annual leave should be 20 days.

If you plan to come here, expect yourself to rent a place for at least 2 years and buy a place only after you are PR.

Good luck!

May I know which recruitment agent / website did you apply it from?

This is a good offer and I think you should take it. Even just for the sake of gaining experience smile.gif The opportunity is there.

If you don't like Australia, you can always come back to Malaysia after a few years. You never know until you try.

It's a good offer.. i think Tata has already highlighted a lot of things for you... even if buy new car or rent house also not a problem.. car is cheap there.. but parking in city is exp.. homes are cheaper also actually... if you compare dollar to dollar?? now wanna buy landed prop in klang valley 600K only can get.. Australia maybe 400K in suburbs can get liao?

I am worried about long term in Malaysia leh... politically we are in the middle and can go any direction... Cost of living is increasing.. (our meal prices are catching up to developed countries) but we don't have developed country work hours.. work like dog.. =)

I'm guessing $130k/PA includes Super so your nett income should be slightly over $7000/mth
