I'm thinking of getting a personal loan for the sum amount of 15k, I'm working in private company and have a salary around 3k+. Which bank can offer good and fast applications?

can anyone suggest to me where can I get a personal loan for amount of 3000 fast? I'm purchasing a motorcycle but the loan only cover up to 75% only. I need to fork out the rest of the money so that that I can get my bike. I'm getting a bike due to the reason of cutting my car travel expense costs.
