I get 0% for my Aeon BT... sadly have maxed it all out already... Citi never offer me also... how can I get it then?
*
for AEON BT, how is the monthly payment? is it 5 % for 1st to 5th month & balance on 6th month, or the value equally divided for 6 month (monthly ~16.7%)?

Told you that it's only for selected customer. I also didn't get it. Instead, they offer me 0% interest cash advance for 6-month with 5% on-time fee.

Been using Citi bank card for > 15 years, Citibank never offer me as well. I called the Customer Service and they said only Marketing Department can invite the customer for BT, when i ask if i can talk to Mktg department direct, was replied that we cannot call Mktg dpt direct and only Mktg dpt can call us, like hidden operation....why they make it so secretive?

yup bro

i am tottaly dissapointed with citibank on this matter

i too, have have been a long term cust with citibank spending a lot ..

yet i was not offfered the 0% bt which i also needed a few weeks back .... at the end had to withdraw some shares to completely settle my outstanding Bt ...

Al least i am debt free now but .... i hate citibank

so plan to cancel the card as i feel a biased feeling..

maybe fax them a cancellation with the reason unhappy with the double standard practises?

Well this is not the first Citibank doing promotion on selective customer. Use Citibank for < 1 year and I'm not selected for 2 promotions.

First was the bill payment thing and second on this 0% BT.
