for MBB a big NO. MBB BT bill you monthly for 12 months, you won't see full BT amount as your outstanding balance. If you wanna BT full amount out from  MBB BT to CIMB, you need to call MBB customer service to fully bill the BT amount to your credit card then only you able to BT to CIMB BUT they will charge you RM100 for early settlement

For CIMB you can do so, the first 5 months you can pay the minimun payment and the final month BT the remaining outstanding to MBB then you will get 0% for 6months + another 12months 0% installment @ MBB

let say my cc A credit limit only left rm2k but i wan do BT from my cc B to A and the amount is rm3k mean rm1k over from my A cc credit limit.it is possible?

say u have 2 cards u want to BT to mbb, so each card must BT min rm1k.

The minimum amount you can transfer under the 12 month plans is RM1, 000.
You can transfer balance from up to three other banks at one time.

if you have read few back post, PBB 0% still being offered until next month.

No Charges? Usually PBB imposed fixed rate charges like handling fee etc.

So, effectively not free loan. Can you confirm as I can't find info on pbebank.com
