level 8 is the first residential floor. the first residential floor usually take much longer time to build. once it up, then progress will be fast.

Guys, if you are so worried, go do a stakeout at the project site today. If really no construction in progress,then rally a group to storm the developer and kim realty office lor.

Contractor is working on the transfer floor which usually takes 2 months to complete. After that, you can expect easily 3 floors per month.

i went there yesterday and the middle block (B and C) look like going to finish 8th floor soon .... while block A and D slightly higher than middle block
didnt take photo coz went at night time. btw, anyone receive developer disbursement letter this month? i just get mine and disbursement of 5% that means the construction is in progress  |
