just go to site and verify lor.
drain - very obvious, right? if got means got lor. if you don't see any perimeter drain means no lor.
sewerage - this one very difficult to verify because conceal inside and buried with earth. give a call to both the engineers and architect. at least it will keep them on their toes.

as mentioned, it is not usual practise to contruct drain and sewerage first.
so i suspect next would be infrastructure claim for 5% for entire site again?
maybe developer getting ready to elope. shocking.gif

block A and D added another floor since my last visit 2 weeks ago.
so means they only can erect 1 floor/2 weeks? and these only block A and D. Block B and C seems like no movement in 2 weeks sweat.gif

I think something is not right with this developer. Hardly to see they working at night time, even though their progression is behind schedule.

well, they also have another project called Selaseh 36, received their invitation via sms for Sales Preview on 29th & 30th June. I also went to the develper's new office in Old Klang Road, 2 weeks ago, looks and smells new..
hope everything goes smoothly..another year to go.

Everyone should not be worried on slow completion, the developer is very strong financially. Even if late completion, we still can get penalty fee right.
