i'm so worry about this developer, as this developer is very well known in providing bad service maintenance..... ( i do not know b4 buying this house) i only get to know after i signed all the letter. Feel that time developer only wan to earn money without considering all the aspects..... and the future price i dont think will be higher as it being told. haiz.............

any1 here bought the smallest unit? seems like every1 bought the big unit.... T T so rich......

how to check whether we entitle for the Ipad? I managed to done all before the deadline, but dont know whether im entitle or not.........

as every1 so much of complaint abt this property, i dont think the price will appreciate much in future......... for those buy for short term investnemt, cham lor..............

the progress is extremely slow, im started to worry what my mom told me previously will really come true. at frist i wan to buy this property my parent advises me that this is not a good developer, as they have done a research on this developer is not committed, they asked me not to buy this property, there is a risk! i understand some of ppl will say, if they not meet the deadline to complete they have to pay us interest, but there is another question, will they really pay us?? yes, we can sue them if they not going to pay, but another question come out is, we sue them just for few thousand ringgit or maybe more than 10k, but what is the point if we sue them and we have to pay legal fee to sue them?? is it worth? hi guy, im here just to share out my opinion, now i really started to worry this developer.

can we complaint?

I don’t know why some of ppl here just concern abt their ipad, most of the buyer for this project is young ppl, they don’t know how serious are the consequence of this project turn to abundance project. Your ipad only worth how much? Your unit worth how much? 1 yr since launching until now, and is only done on the foundation. Wake up guys, this project sure have something wrong. I’m so worry this project will turn to abundance project and end up we all paying interest to bank for nothing. Is became serious now.

i agree.... the progress is reli too slow, i dont think they can complete on time, even if they can complete on time, i a bit wori this building will collapse or not.... T T

b4 buying this i did some research on this developer, this developer is quite terrible 1, somemore they only have 1 project for the moment. this is a very risky developer. I buying bcz of the price. haiz....

any ideas how to complaint?
