i think we did our SPA in Aug 2011.
so delivery due date for us should be Aug 2014?
how about the others?

imho, Aug 2014 is quite comfortable for developer to deliver the product. after all this is quite low, right? about 19 floors only?

If i not mistaken, the S&P is stamped on Sept 2011, so it should be due on Sept 2014.

Total 22 floors not include sky gym/bar

think different block different height?

from the charts,
Block A & D - 24 floors
Block B & C - 19 floors

btw, anybody have the full sets of catalogues that can share it here?
i like to keep for references.

the covillea booklet original copies also i still have a few sets for my future purchaser. kekeke.

Got the same view wif you. Base on KL property, average capital appreciation is 6% to 8% per annum.

Lets assume this is 6%, and the property price is 300,000 for 1012sqf (RM296 psf)

1st year
300,000 X 106% = RM318,000

2nd year
318,000 X 106% = RM337,080

3rd year
337,080 X 106% = RM357,304 (RM353 psf) A 20% capital appreciation after 3 years is minimum.


Of course this is a mathematics calculation, price of property depend to the surrounding changes or development as well.

for investment they should be happy.

for investment or stay. both i think would like to see the project finish on time.the longer the delay, the higher chance of developer unable to finish the job. rclxub.gif. if possible i would like to cash out and move to other prospect as soon as possible.
