level 8 is the first residential floor. the first residential floor usually take much longer time to build. once it up, then progress will be fast.

look at the specification given by Amara with sky lounge, sky gym, sky karaoke rooms, sky function halls, etc, i have high expectation in Amara, as I dun see many condo giving such facility. lets keep our eyes on it closely.

i saw the video. the interior wall looks smooth, only the floor is dirty. but this can be clean up once they do the cleaning job. so far everything looks good to me.

use nearby semarak and penaga as benchmark. semarak and penanga is leasehold with one car park. amara freehold with 2 car park should sell 50k to 100k higher.
