Also curious to know the market value upon completion. ain't gonna sell it. I feel this is good investment, good location and good value. Exciting times waiting for us.

as a benchmark, this should be compared to the now abandon dolomite project.
i recall the dolomite project was selling circa 380psf to 400psf? or something like that?
personally think that amara is closer to the ktm station. although location wise, it could have been better without the cement packaging plant.
so 400psf should be there about for future pricing?

i believed 380psf is highly possible upon VP. 400psf maybe another 1 or 2 year after VP.

quite ok location for me, consider near to KL area, price also still affordable with the psf I got, but it's far from my workplace. I concern most on the price and psf actually.
