I am new here. However I have been reading LYN for a year.

Just to share some info with all bros and sis here. I was informed that the original main contractor was fired and the developer has hired its own team to run the super structure works.. So, the quality for the project shud be good since the developer would be handling the defects liability after VP. But then.... since it is the new team on board... the progress would be a BIG question mark...

Most developer don't allow any sub sales transaction before VP. But then again, no harm asking. Cheers.

Contractor is working on the transfer floor which usually takes 2 months to complete. After that, you can expect easily 3 floors per month.

It is a normal practice for developer. They will claim whatever the current site conditions allow.

Project progress looks good. Should be vping around the same time with Urban 360 in Taman Sri Gombak.
