people use excavator for earthwork, this amara use backhoe.

hhmmmm.... if only amara can do something like a air-conditioned covered walkway leading all the way to the railway station + a fully covered and air-conditioned bus-stop ala the zest. it will be way.......... cool.
anybody got jalan to write petition to jaya megah using trinity's the zest article or not?

i'd visited the unit myself.
quality wise, not too bad. management is mediocre at best.
but at least they delivered a few residential highrise before lah.
you said it yourself.
risk reward ratio is acceptable.

if you go in now, it's still damn worth it due to your 'privillege' status lah.
with the additional discount that you can get from them, sure worth it what. price difference from launching till now is still miniscule.
in fact, why not get WTF to negotiate with developer to sapu all the remaining units at WTF rates? that would surely be more worth it what.
no need for them to continue roadshow with additional $$$ to dispose remaining units.
leave it to your good hands to the the rest lah.

car park in china is selling avg rm150k per bay. yes, you read correctly. some goes to as high as 40% of the property price. the highest price for car park in china is about rm300k+.
read up on the star on sunday issue.

anyway, amara car park was quoted by them at rm30k.
