Was informed that OSK awarded contracts to Eureka on 24 months basis, will it be able to be VP earlier as promised from 48 months earlier?

Yeah, I also think that if that is too early for VP, like 2-3 years, probably we won't be able to see any "progress" in commercial advancement in Cyberjaya, within the next 3 years it should be quite empty, but when come to next 4-5 years onwards, we should be able to see "something" in Cyberjaya.....hopefully that time commercial elements will be there when Solstice is ready for VP, so it wont be a boring place to live with....

I just called them up to ask where is my referral fee for the Solstice tower 2. Oh god, from March 2013 till now, still not yet disbursed, looks like they still want keep the money for their own good....

Was wonder if we are able to lodge a complaint to any authorities for breach of what they have promised initially when they are in selling Solstice.

Damn to the max.

However, was wonder what we can do, since there is no best legislated protection for home buyer in Malaysia, as developer can always change their master plan as they wish....

We have to beware of this, last time OSK assured us there will be a 500k sq ft mall, after that they shrinking to 300k sd ft mall, and now they told us "future retail mall", which under this definition, it is not necessary a shopping mall, thats why we need to get clarified from them.....

Yeah indeed, in order to safeguard our as home buyer interest, we should all voice our concern to OSK, as well as housing ministry. We cannot afford to keep silent, else those developer can just give us empty promise which will not materialize as they wish.

Imagine some of us spend our hard earned money to buy an unit in Pangaea, which I am believed that most of us bought it for its concept, without office block, hotel and shopping mall, Pangaea is nothing except ordinary condominium, but OSK charges us premium price for Pangaea for the concept, since they revoked all these features, we need to fight for our rights. Imagine without these features, Pangaea is nothing, and once all these previous hotel, office block turn into residential, especially studio, it will affect the ROI of our units. Therefore, to safeguard our interest, we need to fight till the end.....This is simply unethical and con us for sure......

Indeed, definitely we will request an appointment with the management, however, what I think is, the most important thing is, we will send out email (although higher chance for oversight), at least we have black and white 1st, once we can gather significant number of home buyers, then we only have power to bargain with OSK to request for a meeting.....

Imagine, if we did not protest for whatever wrongdoing of the developers, this might be an opening case to all other developers. Imagine when you buy a home from a developer, with an impressive concept with premium price tag, but later on they simply changed to simpler or downscale to whatever they want, therefore, all your money will be meant throw to the ocean......

We dont want this happened in Malaysia, and trying to convey to developers, that they cannot do anything what they want. They should consult with the home buyer to achieve win win situation.

About SPA, how you expect we all sued the developers due to removal of shopping malls n hotel? its not part of the SPA. If we can sued the developer based on this, I think we have already done that. Thats why we need to gather with all the affected home buyers to sghow our strength. Once we gathered significant home buyers, then we only have bargaining power to request OSK to organize meeting with us, else, with smaller number of peoples turn out, they will just ignore us for sure.....

However, just my 2 cents opinion....>Cheers and chill....

Indeed, I am believed that most of the buyers are not aware yet. Thats why we need to figure out how to grab their attention on this matter....

That's the difference between Malaysians with the westerner.....As we kept silence when we got bullied, but westerners will stood up and fight for their rights even the situation is difficult....
