Previously, I had a plan B, which is to shift in to my unit here if I can't really rent out and in return, rent out my current place since its strategically located in KL.

Now don't have a plan B anymore, as I recently purchased a landed house. Don't think it is possible to rent out that landed house.....

Oh well, I'll make this a weekend getaway resort home then.

I think we're knocking on the wrong door if we were to complain to OSK. Let's take it up to other authorities, such as the local council or even the housing department (KPKT). Best would be to highlight it in the media? That includes mainstream newspapers and also news on TV.

I called to sales office this noon , the staff told me that this is still in planning.

From their website, it doesn't seem like they would consider the hotel at all.
