I used to work each body part once a week, about 15-18 sets per body part. Decided to do a upper-lower 4 day split yesterday, only did 10 sets for chest, but the DOMS was as bad as the 18 sets one. SO,
Is DOMS a good indicator for effectiveness ? or Is 10 sets enough to stimulate growth ?

Just had 2 chic breast + 1 bowl of rice + cucumber + 2 scoops of fried squids... what a heavy lunch...

2 big piece of chicken breast + broccoli (homemade) 5-6 spoons of white rice + tofu & cabbage and now im hungry again lol... had it around 12
