that is a serious meal!

today's sehri, i can only manage to eat a scoop of rice and 3 fried eggs, to avoid the stone-alike fried chicken.

1 scoop of rice? Sometimes I really wonder how you guys eat so little carbs to last throughout the day. Even when I cut I never go beyond half a cup of rice. A proper measuring cup.

I never measure them so I can't be sure but u guys are flattering me , seriously I'm just a fat kid. Only started training 10 months ago. Serious training only 4 months ago. Just good lighting
