and protein shakes.
Man... if you're trying to cut, that's a lot of fatty sauce there. If you're bulking..... fair enough I guess.

why you guys so concern about the number of weights?
sloppy form, bad technique, body looked like anythings but a bodybuilder, but proud of the poundage hoisted?
seen alot of these dudes around my local gym... with the same body each and every years, can benched, rows, presses twice what i can lift... but somehow, stay the farking same for the last ten years....
I'm proud of my poundages. And poundages do matter to me. I'm obsessed about it cos more poundages mean more muscle. I have excellent form. Being obsessed with poundages is good as long as form isn't sacrificed.

Because poundages DO mattter. You ain gonna get big if you're not gonna add weights. Imo weights lifted take a very close second to form. You can have perfect form, but with too light a weight its still not gonna matter, too.
Correct. Beginner = moderate weights, perfect form. Advanced = near perfect form, heavier weights. I cheat a lot of barbell curls when curling 135 lbs and above. But it doesn't mean i'm not stimulating growth.

hmm how can u tell whether they are happy or not at their current state. I don't know their form or wat poundages they r lifting but i believe some ppl are happy at their current size and probably are just lifting for fun or just maintaining. Or it could be their diet tats ruining the whole process.
Lol... everyone wants to improve and keep progressing. It doesn't have to be wanting to get bigger.

Still, a 225lbs bench press with a 60 kg bodyweight. I'm calling for vid verification on that one.
Why not? Quite possible. I'm 71kg but close grip bench press 265 or so for triceps alone. jamis saw me doing it yesterday. It's quite possible for Zin to bench that much.
