don't get me wrong, i'm interested in Strength Training, and the pecs and shits gotten into my body is just like bonus lol

AlphaProject - Bar = 20kg, so LMAO2PLATESS!111! = 80KG

mikehuan - at university now, internet slow, perhaps after going back to my home?

2 plates, means 2 plates EACH SIDE. which means 225.

not 1 on each side, that's 1 plate, 135

The bar is 45 lbs. Standard Olympic Bar that is.

It's personal preference IMO. Don't matter to me. If one is speaking plates to me, I speak plates back, If one is speaking weight to me, I speak weight back.

its simple really. follow this formula;

(90 x no. of plates) + 45 (bar weight)
