Damn, among all food poisoning is the shittiest, at least if u have fever, all u need is sleep a tonne with fluid... but for food poisoning...thats like running between the bed and toilet, pure nuisance.

A word of caution:

Dear Jaya33 TrueFitness members, DO NOT bother asking for help from the PTs to SPOT for u if u are lifting heavy.

I wanted to complete my last set of 160lbs squat & couldn't find any familiar face, so I asked this PT to help. He looked ok in terms of body & build so thought it should be safe la.

instead of SPOTTING, he clamped down so hard on my sides & ribs, he did not allow me to squat all the way down & lifted me up from my ribs with the weights instead. I told the fella he's clamping down on me too hard on me and helping toomuch, he cut me of shouting "go! go! go!"

wtf? playing counter strike ka?

not only did he spoil my last squat set, he spoiled my whole workout! now my ribs hurt like hell, it feels like he ruptured something inside! I have to cut short my workout because I hv difficulty breathing from the pain!

so...i got a question..what are ur opinions on fapping/sex on a workout day(after the workout)..does it hinder progress by lowering test levels? or is it just broscience?

sleep.gif , how much you ejaculate? like 30000 buckets each time? there is so little protein in your semen that it is irrelevant. in fact, if i'm not wrong, it increases testosterone in your blood stream. SO FAP AWAY !

No safety pins ? IMO the best way to spot squats is to ask 2 guys to watch you from the ends of your bar, the back-hump spot is way too awkward for me

I used to have sex in preworkout, post workout and at night. It's fine. It's all in the mind la.
