QUOTE(aiyume @ Jun 21 2011, 04:12 PM) u can actually do it in the airport itself. opt to collect from the customer service counter in the airport. Just bring yr airticket confirmation (can't get it back so make a copy) then can get those travel guides and also MRT card with NT50. But they only give me after i asked for it lol...They're quite unfriendly a bit stingy in giving stuff...but i got a huge nice calendar with Taiwan sceneries!! Added on June 21, 2011, 4:14 pmanyone of u visited the taiwan tourism center in KL? any information i can get from there? like travel info etc... Thanks JLGoh, your info is really helpful to me !
Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for applying for the Digital Tour Buddy Service. 1. In order to approve your application, please provide your correct home address and reply in two days , or we will cancel your application. 2.Due to too large amount of applicants recently, we won’t have enough DTB cell phones available to lend to you. So, we have changed your borrowing item into 3G SIM card. There’s 100 NT credit in the 3G Sim card, too. Please be advised the 3G option only provides a 3G SIM card. No DTB cell phone will be available for you to use. Please be advised the 3G SIM card option does not fit into I phone. If you choose not to take 3G SIM card, please let us know ASAP and we will cancel your application. Your cooperation will be very much appreciated. Thank you. We sincerely wish you a pleasant trip in Taiwan. Sincerely yours, 吳亭萱 Claire Wu This post has been edited by XIELD: Jun 28 2011, 05:28 PM |

Use Skype-lah. I dunno why ppl like to buy foreign SIM card but I feel it's a waste. unless you realy wanna call each other very often. Imagine you buy RM50 worth of SIM there..but ended up only use RM2..such a waste.
By using Skype wth US$10 initial top-up, your balance will remain like no ending..Mine still having US$6 from the 1st time since I bought in 2007. To contact each other in oversea, follow some Singaporean style. Buy walkie Talkie haha QUOTE(andrekua @ Jun 29 2011, 01:19 AM) |
