DV is not there becos DV will not give the license.

afaik, they hv not given it to many parties, restricted to some "elite" devices.

mostly high end TV's and players.

and due to that, DV may never fly.

HLG is free, getting common, need hdmi 2.0b to work.

It was going for Rm520 during 11 Nov promo.
If you can wait, it might drop again in future promo

Need to backtrack.. Start uninstalling all the funny apps. Starting with one that's recently installed or updated.

Wanna ask some question for Himedia Q10 pro..

i got one spare 120gb harddisk 2.5" IDE.. is there any converter for IDE to SATA to fit this harddisk into the harddrive slot for Q10 Pro?

I got a problem with my google account on Q10 Pro, I changed my password on another device and Q10 Pro prompt error for authentication failed. There was no option to change password, so I have chosen to delete the google account. After deletion, I try to add back the google account but I can't do it as it exit immediately to the same menu after I select the add google account. Now the playstore is not working. Any advise?

U likely deleted google play services app.

U can...

1. Get the correct google play services apk, reinstall... or

2. Flash reinstall your last firmware but u will lose your apps... or

3. Take it back to seller shop to fix.

This is why it is impt to have a backup of your apps.

Easily done with one of those backup apps found in playstore.

I got electric shock from Q10. Pulled out the power cable but shit, got zapped again. Pull out hdmi cable.

Lesson learned.

Now wondering if it's safe to put in the 3.5' hdd

I get it all the time, when touching the metal parts.... media players, Hard Drives on drive docking bays, even TV.

I see, faulty wiring then.. Have to be more careful when handing it. I would also advise tucking it way behind something or have it covered, especially if there are kids in the house that go touchy touchy.

Be sure u do not slot in the hdd with it connected to tv, power, etc!
Remove all connections, put it in.
If the device doesnt read the hdd, it means the formatting is incorrect.
Then need to reformat with pc.
Formatting procedure is not the same for 2tb and below n above 2tb.

I can set mine with 2160p 60hz.

But i usually set it to 420.
As previously said, i see little or no diff, incl 444.
