What ip addresses are you guys getting for the 4MB package?

I keep getting 175.42.1.XXX and 175.42.0.XXX and both these IPs are really damn slow at night from 8pm to 11pm. Am in Johor Bahru.

sure their dont want to see "complain letter" from "my company" about downgrading speed

in butterworth its 175.40.x.x. no performance issues so far. its been only 3 days since have gotten my 4MB line. keeping fingers crossed

anyone here from seremban? is there any 4mbps port around taman rashibah indah?

They just give me that. It's modem including router and wifi.
Problems still happen now, tonight my internet speed is between 0.5 - 1.5MB for download.
Call TM and they told me to wait until tomorrow, need to do a few speedtest again.
If problem still persist, they assume that my problem is not related with the port, because it's been two times they change the port.
They told me it's a problem with the server and they will ask their technician team to solve this problem.

And I always stuck with this 175.145.XX.X ip range.
With this only 0.5MB speed, Nothing I can do,

is this ok? i used to get 4.3 coz im capped at 5 mbps.

your speed is ok. tm is adjusting all accounts to the speed they are paying for. so it's normal for your speed to be below 4mb.

just upgrade to the 4mbps today..

last weekend, my line always on off on off.. can connect at all

call them, and the problem settle in 2 days.. not bad..

but i think the bad is, right now.. i cant even downloading a thing! everytime downloading, for a while.. seems it like hang or idle.. eg at 30% forever and ever...

surfing is ok.. sometimes slow.. but.. overall fine la.. but cant download? gotta call them again.. and marah them kaw2

you downloading torrent or from file sharing site like megaupload or fileserve?

wanna ask sth, my speed now had been capped to 4096 since yesterday, but speedtest oni get 2mbps, the technician said i will get full speed after 5 hour from yesterday noon, now still same, is it other problem or just no ned activate ? coz my snr not good, so i cant tell which situation, probably just my line bad and cant get 4mbps.

They cap my port till 2048 for no reason.
Really la. What are they doing? Sheesh.
Asking them why, they're scratching their head and find an excuse which won't work ON ME.

call 100 and ask tm to send technician again. if still cannot get 4mb speed, then probably your line cannot support it.

is that possible that they still not yet activate my account to 4m package ? usualy take how long to get activated after the 4096 capped?

New here..may i know i get 3.2mbps when speedtest done.this is right for me 4mbps?from country homes rawang..

it usually take 24 hours to activate the 4mb speed.

nice...my stats are around yours if not a little bit better, capped at 4095. but shit part is i only get 2mb speed max since i upgraded few weeks ago. sad sad.

do u get 4mb speed already bro?
