haih, i complaint to tm they ask technician call me, but he just call and say u there cannot support la, i ask my friend already, even get will dc la this la that la, blablabla..
i think he lazy and dont want to check the line or etc..complaint 2 time already, both/same techinician called and talk cock. if he already inspect then i can understand, but cocking around does not satisfy me. tm really good and employing asslubang.

Does anyone know what are the charges for the BB 4MB deal? I got my first bill today and I got charged $140 for the Streamyx internet service but in addition to this I got charged $26 for telephone line rental. I thought that the RM$26 rental is already included in the $140 BB 4MB deal. Can the 4MB users here advise? Thanks.

Am a BB 4MB user here and they should bill you only RM140. Extra charges are applicable only if you call to non-TM lines or have used up your free quota.

I did not make any calls so I did not get any extra charges except for the "line rental" charge of RM$26. Do you guys have it?

For the time being, TM Broadband product, whether Unifi or Streamyx, they still not implement any type of bandwidth limit ( i repeat, bandwidth limit) to their services.. But I don't really sure for the future time because lots of rumours have been heard that TM will implement the bandwidth limit for Unifi as well for Streamyx. But Unifi is far more obvious....

But you need to know that TM already cap the P2P usage on Streamyx...
