guys.is it normal for 1Mbps service to have 22 ping reading?

guys..i've test my connection..seems like something wrong with it

Am only fast during the daytime. When its 7pm-10pm it's slow as hell.

They've admitted to their mistakes and capped me at 4084 now. Previously it was 5112. Bu at leeast it's far better than their unacceptable decrease till 2048.

Same like my previous speed. I guess the technician isn't the one to give upgrades. The area I'm living in is moderately far from the station.

Still pretty fast to SG.

last time i get 4.2mbps when i use 4mbps in melaka while studying there thats normal 4 me

since getting ip range 175.x.x.x the connection has been crap and unstable. previously was 218.x.x.x

since the ip change the modem innacomm v3100 unable to have stable DSL light whereas v3400 is ok.

and surprisingly, my linksys modem that was not usable previously after i change to 4mbps package is now connecting to the internet. previously also cannot get the stable DSL light cos it keeps blinking.

i wonder what had TM done.

fuuuu! the contractor supposed to change port of from 384kbps to 4mb come and test later with result that my home only able to receive 2mb line...

what should i do? the contractor say that in the system its stated done = 4mbps for my streamyx but later check only able to push to 2mbps, i suspect the inner guy in tm din't try to check as he frequently asked the contractor to persuade me getting UNIFI.

help! what should i do? call another agent and try 4mbps for another try?

upgraded from 1MB to 4MB last thursday...now still stuck at 0.98MB according to speedtest.

capped at 4MB, SNR is 29, attenuation is 24

Looks real bad so don't think 4Mbps is attainable.

yaaah .. my expriences (story )

wanted to upgrade to BB 4mb .so ..went to TM point laaahh ..done some checking was told that no PORT available in my area ..

not happy with the answer ..so i sent online request to upgrade to BB 4mb ....

ten days later (yesterday ) got a reply email from TM saying that ONE port is available ..and asking me to go TM point ...

so this afternoon .. went laah ...

celaka .. was told by TM point staff NO port available ......( at that moment ...i am at boiling hot liaw .. so I slammed the email from TM about this one port available matters .. )

guess what ..!!!!! the staffs gone Blank ... !!! ( cos ..I am having a black /white email reply from them )

really really MEMALUKAN ... !!! the right hand does not knows what is the left hand is doing ..!!!!

so .. I kasi kau kau lecture laaah ..!!!!

so keep my finger cross .. I will get it by this week

depends on location, not all area support 4mb also, u might call tm to double check with them, but my experience with 4mb, u load page not much different from 1mb line, but goes to download and streaming 1080p youtube video no need to wait buffering.

can mine upgrade to 4mb??

im using uni pack.

i cant tahan anymore cos im using unifi at my office but went back home my internet lik snail..

didn't i tell you to pm ahcheap to help you upgrade? you don't have to waste time going to tmpoint if you ask him to help you because he is authorized tm reseller.

he did it for me and it only took 2 days for me to upgrade to 4mb.
