Since you got a report, just proceed to report this problem to MCMC. Otherwise dunno until when u have to wait. Don't forget to get a rebate once your problem is solved.

I complain got what use? I just call again, this time they said they need one freaking week to update my account in their server. Extremely ridiculous people. I also don't know what to do. The NI department got emailed so many times also never call me once in this 5 days. Aiyo this type of service how to become #1 broadband

I just sent email to MCMC and CFM regarding my issue. Will they take my complaint seriously and help me? Or should I call them directly? I tried but it's after their working hours now.

Last time I complaint online via the MCMC form. They will take action but in my case need to wait about 1-2 weeks time before any action taken.

Woah why so long? I can't wait 1-2 weeks again, already waited 2 weeks and still haven't gotten my speed mad.gif
I just need MCMC to rush these lazy peoples butts so they can work faster and help me solve my problem.

I dunno TM or MCMC that took so long. What I know is I received a call from TM after about 1 or 2 weeks (I can't remember) after I submit MCMC online complaint. You better telephone MCMC to follow up tomorrow if you want fast.

Yea la! Please tell me when I call 100 who do I ask them to direct me to? Such a simple task also cannot do.

4MB department have no idea and no power to do so. Called many times already.

How is your internet so far? Is it stable at 4mbps? Mine is still not stable. Sometimes up to 4mbps but sometimes only 1.8mbps speed test results. And I see in my modem settings the downstream drop to 608kbps - 1.8mbps and few minutes later jump up to 5mbps again...up and down...weird rclxub.gif

Try to restart your modem few times...see if it stays on 5mbps or not.

You should be capped at 2048 kbps at the modem or if u lucky capped at 3024kbps so u can enjoy full speed of 2 Mbps :-) so download rate is around 200 kB/sec to 220

i currently with streamyx 1mb but cap at 1.5mb RM104/month (RM77 streamyx + RM27phone line) and stable. my question is iszit worst if i upgrade to 4mb line RM140/month 'if not wrong', mean abt stability, still get UNLIMITED with new T&C ?, how about other2 hidden, hope can get good and bad feedback from ur guys who has experience with 4mb line smile.gif

Depends what you want. If you're a heavy downloader 4MBPS is the way to go, although still inferior compared to Unifi's fibre optics.

Nah, that's why you're still charged with phone rental as well as other call charges...

You should take Blockbuster deal... RM140 included with phone rental and free call to TM fixed lines nationwide...

Or it's my mistakes, misunderstand your problem.... notworthy.gif
