My 4 Mbps line degraded and report has been dispatch for them to fix it SNR suddenly #fakap Cannot sync at 5120kbps |

Speedtest when I bridge my D-Link to my Tp-Link Router, it gives only maximum 3.5Mbps while when using Riger supplied by TM, it gives 3.9Mbps maximum download.. same goes to upload, with D-Link only 0.41Kbps while Riger is 0.49Kbps... So now, i'm using bridge Riger instead of D-Link.... I donno what's the factor that determine that speed... because my SNR margin and Line Attenuation same whether I'm using D-Link or Riger... Sync Speed also same... |

im really headache, just up for 3 days previous problem is account downgrade to 2mbs. latest problem is no dial tone. and no internet connection..

just upgraded to 4mb yesterday n tech said have to wait 24 hours after 24 hours speed still the same  call the tech he was saying tm has not transfer the login id to the new speed and said normally it will take 48 hours  call tm they saying system down and still under installer warranty so need to check with installer any advise |
