Walao 1 week plus liao technician upgrade my package but my speed still the same. Everyday call 100 bombard their hotline still the same thing -.- Everytime I call must explain the whole thing over again. Tech configured port, router, everything done only my account capped still at 1mbps according to their server so I cannot get speed. They still say need check here check there. So long already  What to do?

Installer also say he don't know what to do, ask me make report. TM just called me today and ask me to upgrade my profile status cause it's still at 1MBPS. Who to contact? My installer? He like dunno anything 1 -.- If I call 100, who has the power to upgrade status?

5 days already I open report. Been bomboaring 100 hotline everyday. They'll just say they will email the New Installer Department and will rush them. 5 freaking days I call everyday get same reply.
Adui all sleeping is it? One feedback call also never receive from them, my speed still the same. Upgraded from 1mbps to 4mbps 2 weeks ago. Port all set up, tech came and fix everything, just my account profile in their server 1MBPS, dunno which noob tech never go update then ask me go make report.
So simple thing upgrade my profile in their server also cannot do. Damn pissed now. Everytime get same reply.

=.= Upgraded to 4MBPS 20 days ago still 1MBPS line cause my profile on their main server still the same. Everyday I call they also can't do anything need forward my case to specialist team who are supposed to call me from day 1. Aiyo why this type of thing happen to me -.- Simple upgrade went terribly wrong
