Would like to ask, what do you all think about optimen & anavite?
Am comparing these 2 multivits, still cant consider which to get
hope to get some opinions from those who used it...

per serving wise i can see that optimen have more of the vitamins, but anavite have more carnipure & beta alanine....
which wud be more recommended?
