Great thread here, Mr Pedro. rclxms.gif I've been on supps and such for the past 3 weeks and I'll give my 2 scoops of creatine monohydrate:

GAT

JetFUSE - Pre-workout - 2.35lbs
The first time I ever tried anything with NO inside and I remember having the most outrageous pump. I was training Back and pulled PRs for one-arm rows, pulldowns, rack deadlifts and barbell shrugs (I normally do shrugs on Delts day but I just threw them as the pump was crazy). I sound like I'm exaggerating but for a first timer it gave me a lot of confidence. Subsequent usages have diminished, to be honest. but that's only the pump. Strength-wise I'm still pulling PRs on certain exercises and I don't tire as easily. Overall, it's a great product, tastes all right but is quite pricey.

JetMass - Post-workout - 1.83lbs
Like the above, the first time I took it right after training Back I immediately felt energised and actually raring to go and train again. I definitely like this product a lot. I don't feel bloated too but it's helluva sweet. It's got an after taste that lasts a loooong time. But it works and I'm fine with it, however, I won't get it anymore because at RM183 (from Egonutritions) I find it too pricey.

JetFuel - Fat-burner - 120 caps
This came free after I bought both products above. No jitters or shakes experienced. Nothing more I can say.

Dymatize - Creatine Monohydrate - 2.2lbs
I take it on non-workout days and it works as I feel my arms are not as soft as before. No bloat experienced too.

Am looking forward to trying out other products.

Awesome thread once again. biggrin.gif

I take it every day as well with breakfast, regardless if I train or not. And, yes, drinks loads of water.

Just ever so slight off tangent, I'd like to review two shops:

Egonutritions, Lot 10 - Forgot the name of the skinny Chinese boy there but he's all right. Knows the products pretty well. Small shop but at least the service was decent and not zombie-like, which, I will now segue into:
Egonutritions, The Curve - I remember Kmaru there and he was by far the best dude there. Real helpful and informative. Now? I encountered three stooges that had about as much life in them akin to a bad zombie reject from The Walking Dead. No quality service whatsoever.

here's one thing bugging me for a while now. how important is pre workout supps like No-Xplode for you guys? im avoiding this because i dont want to not be able to workout without a peri workout supp. How different are your poundages with and without the supp?

fyi for now im taking creatine + whey, thats it.

I had been taking NO for the 6 weeks and I can tell you that my training sessions were through the roof. Then, when my tub of GAT Jetfuse ran out, I trained without taking anything at all, just a cup of coffee 30 minutes earlier, and the difference was quite apparent. First few sets of lat pulldowns were all right. But, after about 30 minutes into the training, I noticed my stamina and soon after my concentration started to decline a bit. Strength was all right, honestly, but I couldn't go the distance when compared on the NO. Poundages dropped by about 10 - 15% but I compensated with more reps. However, I never once thought, hey, I need the NO. I just kept at it and trained my ass off using own mental and physical strengths.

Another long-winded story, I know, but I was in the mood. smile.gif

Currently using the following:

Pre-workout - Cellucor's C4
Post-workout - MHP's Dark Matter

All I can say is, WOW. C4 doesn't give me a buzz but it sure as heck gives me a tonne of concentration power and endurance. The taste is great too. Great product.

Dark Matter tastes really, really good and has no crappy after taste. More importantly, Dark Matter works as it after killing Back or Chest I don't feel like lying on the ground, counting sheep. biggrin.gif
