QUOTE(mcbarney666 @ May 27 2011, 10:35 AM) I had been taking NO for the 6 weeks and I can tell you that my training sessions were through the roof. Then, when my tub of GAT Jetfuse ran out, I trained without taking anything at all, just a cup of coffee 30 minutes earlier, and the difference was quite apparent. First few sets of lat pulldowns were all right. But, after about 30 minutes into the training, I noticed my stamina and soon after my concentration started to decline a bit. Strength was all right, honestly, but I couldn't go the distance when compared on the NO. Poundages dropped by about 10 - 15% but I compensated with more reps. However, I never once thought, hey, I need the NO. I just kept at it and trained my ass off using own mental and physical strengths. Another long-winded story, I know, but I was in the mood. hey thanks for the reply man. imo i think i'll hold off the pre supps for the mo. im making progress right now so i dont see a reason why i should

Just tested superpump max... good endurance, pump, strength wise was a lil bleh but it felt like i took some antidepressant medication... mood became very good, head was so clear, didnt even think a tad bit about work lol, which used to be quite distracting...thats the part i enjoy the most. Will monitor the effect as i use it longer..

If you only have budget for either one of these, which one will you choose? NO2 products like superpump for greater workout, or BCAA/EAA like xtend or wrath for greater recovery? I'm still a student and only have extra budget for one of these. All the basic stuffs are covered though. I'd asked at bb.com but only 1 guy replied and he mentioned to use no2 when bulking and bcaa/eaa for cutting. 1 guy at LYN say bcaa/eaa is a need while no2 is a want. Need more opinion from sifu here before making my decision. thanks

To me it's simple. We can't say wat to buy n wat not. If u can only have one at a time just buy one 1st n see the effect. You will always want to try both anyway. Nvr try nvr know. Buy one of them 1st.

I'd go for BCAA, because I've made good progress with them, in terms of poundages and endurance, etc. Recovery's faster too.

NO hands down for me.
recovery = more quality whole food and rest.
but NO , hard to find any easy sources except from supplement. and it made me focus and energized in the gym too. no regret.
buy either one and try. i definitely suggest u try NO first.

Err my bad, because I heard rumours that BSN is going to release a caffeine-free version of NO xplode, but after doing some searching, I think it's not true. The non-caffeine ones are: Dymatize Expand San Vault CytoSport Fast Twitch - Caffeine Free Millennium Sport Ragnarok

Did a small research comparing the amino acid profiles of 2 of the cheapest whey products on the market - ON 100% Gold Standard Whey vs. SciVation whey.
