yeah, couldnt agree more. xtend watermelon so tasty, but not so the lime, lemonade and orange flavor.
or mayb it's because my tongue dislike that flavor...even superpump,xplode,sizeon and other citrus flavor supplements taste chemical,artificial and weird except for jack3d lime tongue.gif
gonna try xtend apple next.

i personally believe creatine is a must beside protein.
bcaa, l-glutamine can try once u become more advance and experienced, else just get a protein ...bcaa n glutamine in whey protein wud b enough for beginner

pre-workout is a must have for me!
i mix jack3d and superpump max
need the stim from jack3d and the real pre-wo from superpump

about xtend....pls dont try lemonade, tastes crap. really.

atm, i took this 1 supplement, 30min b4 bed...and then will sleep like a baby! 4 hours sleep felt like 8 hours. very restful and i wud say, quality sleep smile.gif

i have to agree with the bb.com guy, u have to give 100% in the gym, leave nothing.
do u train with max? <<< gaspari ha2

bcaa/eaa...for beginner or intermediate, from whey protein wud be enough
unless u train everyday or twice per day

using xtend watermelon rite now as intra-workout.
100plus(my glucose polymer stock havent arrvd yet) + apple juice + creatine mono + xtend = superb workout superb taste ha2

anyone tried BPI sport 1.M.R? im selling it, limited quantity

also try combine ur preworkout with nitric oxide/arginine for the maximum the pump, road map vein & energy rush.

take preworkout 30mins b4 & nitric oxide 120~90mins b4.
nitric oxide got bsn nitrix,epozine..usplabs yok3d, mri no2 red black platinum etc
