Err my bad, because I heard rumours that BSN is going to release a caffeine-free version of NO xplode, but after doing some searching, I think it's not true. The non-caffeine ones are:

Protein blends usually consists of whey and casein, with different proportions for different brands. Whey is absorbed faster, casein slower.
