hey guys,
can recommend some good supplement for a beginner to give some xtra push-up,energy and endurance during workout?
planning on using it for short-term and not more than a half-year if it done a great deal.
well i need to lose some belly by a few cm first and then start training the abs.

i try the hyrdoxycut pro by someone recommendation, actually he owned a supplement shop but it didn't works on me. i feel nothing in-fact if i wanna sleep i can sleep easily on the couch without having any difficulties at all. during workout and especially cardio seriously i felt huh, wtf? it quite normal. i guess maybe those pill work on somekind of mysterious way...hmmm only god knows how it works then~

+ didn't produce easy sweat like the others fat burner(lipo6 UC) did as what i heard from my friends and rumor they might be spread. not to mention he also said that by doing nothing he can sweat easily. just curious on what is it that im suppose to feel especially when im in training mode when i take those fat burner?

Has anyone tried bringing any sort of supps onto a plane before? I'm heading home soon but I'm running out of powder so I was thinking of restocking here then bring the remaining back. Have approx 2.5 weeks to go but have only 1 week left of supply at most. Suggestions, anyone?

Hi guys, is Jack3d good or should I just buy a normal creatine supplement like ON's to boost my strength during my workout? Been following a 12-week program, started out strong but I'm at my 10th week now and starting to feel fatigued very easily.

Then get your aminos in powder form. No point taking them if you're going to take a tiny amount instead of the proper serving.

i've been on jack3d for almost a month now. no doubt that it works, really gives you a huge pump during your weights session! but just so you know, never had crashes like the others but i've had days where i couldn't fall asleep eventhough i take only 1.5 scoops+- (max recommended serving size = 3 scoops). maybe like thrice throughout the whole month? if i'm not wrong, i worked on my back or legs on those days, body was sore as shit but i was widely awake probably cause of the caffeine in it, was really frustrated since i was still awake at like 4 in the morning (i workout at night around 9). My advice would be to go for it but try to avoid taking it at night! Also, jack3d has a little creatine in it and some beta-alanine which may cause itching.

If I take Jack3d any time after 6 or 7, I can be sure I won't be falling sleep any time before 2 in the morning. doh.gif

Yeah I heard that because of the caffeine, it's not recommended to be taken like 4 hours before sleep ohmy.gif thanks for the feedback, think I will get my first tub soon, got positive feedbacks from my friends too. smile.gif

haha that's cool. you might wanna cycle it off awhile after a bottle. not sure why but many people do so, just like creatine. maybe someone else could clarify this.

One of the reason I've been avoiding jack3d even though there are a lot of good reviews. I workout late in the day, so any benefits of a pre-WO supp is going to be destroyed by the fact I can't get enough sleep for work the next day.

Creatine is found in meat. By cycling creatine, do we need to stop eating meat too? Just wondering.

Creatine in meat is very little to be significant enough right? And how long since I start should I cycle off creatine, and for how long?

What he's getting at is that creatine is a natural substance, not a stimulant. Therefore you're not going to develop resistance to creatine as you would for say, caffeine.

Anyone here heard of oligopeptides? Trying to find any literature or articles on its efficacy but can't seem to find much in English.

Apparently it is better/more effective than consuming amino acids.
