If you off the STB, IPTV will be off.
If you off the Dlink router, internet and IPTV will be off.
If you off the Huawei BTU, internet, IPTV and phone will be off.

Swt... Don't know what happened since 4pm. After a lightning then msn and fb gone. A while later, i actually rebooted the modem and it can't connect since then... Called 5 times with no ppl answering... Then my friend called another two times before this. I think what they did is resetting the port... UniFi is back with fb and msn up

Bad connections at Bukit Jalil/Bukit Serdang!
Intermittent since 10.00PM
Called TM, they said no Maintenance!
Very disappointed with service. Since day 1 i got this issue :-(

Call the 1300881221 number and wait for 10mins before someone entertains you. See what that fellow can do. Mine was up after my housemate called them. Maybe some sort of resetting port or what

That's cuz the copper cabinet got backup power.Anyways even if the dect phone goes down you still got your handphone.

If power goes down, can we use backup power like UPS to power the BTU to keep the dect phone running?

Lol. Not trying to sound insulting, but I had to force the technician not to install that TV thing. Waste of space IMO.

My Unifi still down, dunno if my Bangsar area still down. Those ppl who were reporting connection problems yesterday from 4.30pm onwards, can let me be jealous and tell me if yours is ok? smile.gif

btw, u can try to call helpline asking to reset your port. some user here reported the connection been restored after that. try it smile.gif

Dont worry... Im still here... 4pm till now = no connection at all... T.T...

BTW, 1-300-88-1221 = 24/7?..

----------->6.53 am update....

Called the 1300 no... Ask them why... Connection hang there... Reset port now all ok....

i also have been having connection problems in Bangsar for the last 3 days. It was working great on Friday - then Saturday intermittent connection in the morning, then in the afternoon, nothing at all.

I'm new to the unifi setup - can someone let me know if the internet light on the modem is supposed to be blinking or solid.

This is the status of the lights on the modem over the last 3/4 days
- DSL light is solid
- internet blink twice every few seconds or so
- VOIP light is red

On the router
- internet globe is orange
- other lights green

I tried unplugging everything, and replugging - no change.

Really frustrating - made a complaint yesterday morning with Unifi but still nothing except their super efficient report number email which i received even while talking to CS.

If this continues, I'll have to cancel the unifi!

TM send me sms claimed all back to normal..but upon checking, all servcies still down..called them again this moring, the fu*kin same thing they did, reset/refresh connection..gosh..i never experienced this on my streamyx..is their system having problem or our BTU??

Noticed even www.unifi.my is down

Anyone else having problems from Bandar Utama?
